To use certain features of Tibia Square, you must register for an account through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Tibia Square only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tibia Square offers optional supporter subscriptions processed through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy below.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the supporter badge and benefits, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at ariki@tibiasquare.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

Tibia Square and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ampcasd FZC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The game Tibia and its related images and content are property of CipSoft GmbH. Tibia Square is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ampcasd FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We strive to ensure these Terms comply with applicable global regulations including GDPR and US consumer protection laws.
